Authorised use
You must have permission to access and record payments in the connected Xero organisation. Review every full bill balance, bank account, date and reference before typing PAY n. Billsift records Xero batch payments; you remain responsible for actual bank transfers and accounting review.
Service limits
Maximum 200 bills per batch, a Billsift safety limit. Reads stop with a clear error above 10,000 unpaid bills; a partial list is never shown. Batch payments require authorised bills with an amount due above zero. Bank, bill and organisation base currencies must match.
Foreign currency batches are outside this product’s scope. Writes recheck bill eligibility and lock dates. Rate limits or upstream failures can pause jobs. Results can require review in Xero. Undo batch payment is available for 30 days after completion. It asks Xero to delete the whole batch, which makes its bills due again. Xero can refuse, including when payments are reconciled; the reason appears with the result.
Plans and payment
The one-time organisation trial lasts 14 days and includes view/export only. Monthly access costs $15/month; a 7-day pass costs $19. Both include batch payments during paid access. Prices exclude VAT and sales tax. Where tax applies, Paddle adds it at checkout and shows the total before you pay. Paddle is merchant of record under its buyer terms. Manage billing on Plan allows monthly cancellation, effective at the paid period end. Passes do not renew.
Refunds and data
An unused pass may be refunded within seven days of purchase. Partial monthly periods are not refunded, subject to mandatory consumer rights and Paddle buyer rights. See Refunds and Privacy. You retain your data ownership and permit processing needed to provide the service.
Responsibility
We use reasonable care and provide the service as available. To the extent allowed by law, liability is limited to service fees paid in the preceding 12 months. This does not exclude fraud, deliberate wrongdoing or liability the law forbids limiting. Türkiye law and Sakarya courts apply, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction. Material changes will carry an updated date.
