My bill is missing
Bills lists authorised unpaid purchase bills. Check your category/option, supplier and due-date filters, then press Refresh. Draft, submitted and fully paid bills are excluded. Unassigned is evaluated within the chosen category.
My total differs from the pay list
A bill matches an option when any line carries that option. Allocated totals divide the remaining amount due by tax-inclusive line shares. Lines with no option in the chosen category go to Unassigned. The pay list and batch use the full amount due, including split bills.
A batch was refused
Maximum 200 bills per batch, a Billsift safety limit. Reads stop with a clear error above 10,000 unpaid bills; a partial list is never shown. Batch payments require authorised bills with an amount due above zero. Bank, bill and organisation base currencies must match. Check bill and payment dates against lock dates. Billsift writes only after you confirm a batch, and only to the organisation you chose. The free trial provides view/export; choose a paid plan from Plan for batch payment.
The job is paused or uncertain
Call-allowance errors show a reset time. Wait before refreshing. In History, use View result to read each outcome and Download result CSV. If a write is uncertain, inspect it in Xero before starting another run.
Undo and billing
Undo batch payment is available for 30 days after completion. It asks Xero to delete the whole batch, which makes its bills due again. Xero can refuse, including when payments are reconciled; the reason appears with the result.
Use Manage billing on Plan to cancel monthly access. Read the refund policy for an unused pass. Billsift is live: it connects to the Xero organisation you choose, and the paid plans are sold through Paddle.
